The U Headwear - Our Program
Our History
Our experience at TheU Apparel & Gifts comes from years in the Collegiate Apparel business and more specifically Headwear business. We provided headwear for every University in the Nation. From Overseas Programs to Domestic quick turn orders and from basic relaxed fit baseball caps to Fedoras we have done it all. If you are a Large Retailer, a Community College, or a small business we can take care of all you needs.

Styles
We carry a wide slection of fabric and colors to create the basic building blocks of TheU Headwear line - the Style Templates .
Customization
We take our basic Style Templates and customize the "Trim Elements" to make the cap your own. There are endless design possibilites by changing the different types of elements: closure, visor, color stitching, panel colors, decoration location, eyelet color, top button color, etc...
Artwork
Our Artwork department works with you to create exactly what you want. We can take your provided art, we can modify one of our winning design templates, or we can start from scratch and work with you to realize your vision. The final result will be a mock-up that you approve.
Order Minimums
For our basic Styles the order minimium is 48 pieces and you can chose 2 different Colorways within that 48 piece design. Our Fashion Styles are a 72 piece minimum.
Lead Times
New Art Orders take 2 weeks for Initial Sample and 2 to 4 weeks from Sample approval. Reorders take 2 to 3 weeks. Faashion Styles take just 4 to 6 weeks from Sample approval.

Eerything is included no hidden fees: Art proof, Freight, and Embroidery Set-Up.
